The master bedroom provides a Jacuzzi tub, wood burning fireplace and a private deck. Two additional bedrooms, each with private bathroom and a sofa sleeper in the loft game room gives this home comfortable accommodations for 8 persons.

The wrap around deck provides easy access to the shaded lawn area and is a perfect place to dine out.

The spacious kitchen is stocked with all the necessary appliances and serving pieces to allow for preparation of full meals for your group. Coffee is provided and you are welcomed with a complimentary bottle of a fine Napa Valley wine.

The large living room features custom design furnishings and offers a view of the grounds, a wood burning fireplace with ceiling high stone facing and hearth, television with satellite connection, and easy access to the kitchen and dining area.

Attached laundry facilities are located in the 1 car garage.
Complimentary parking is provided for up to 4 vehicles.

Housekeeping services are available by prior arrangement and are an additional fee.

The rate for rental of the Carriage House is $650.00 per night for up to 8 people. Discounted rates for weekly and monthly stays. A cleaning fee of $125.00 is required. All reservations are fully prepaid in advance.
